Federal law restricts medicated feed containing this veterinary feed directive (VFD) drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
For control of bacterial pneumonia associated with shipping fever complex caused by Pasteurella spp. Susceptible to chlortetracycline and for control of an active infection of anaplasmosis cause by Anaplasma marginale susceptible to chlortetracycline. Prevents development of house, stable, face, and horn flies in the manure of treated cattle.
For control of bacterial pneumonia, anaplasmosis, and prevention of house, stable, face, and horn flies in cattle below/up to 700 lbs: Thoroughly mix 350 lbs of Veemin Knockout Fly Curb with 1,650 lbs of non-medicated feed. Feed one pound of this medicated mixture to supply 350 mg chlortetracycline and 31.78 mg of diflubenzuron. Beef cattle (below/up to 700 lbs) should receive 350 mg chlortetracycline per head daily and 0.10 mg/kg of body weight of diflubenzuron for the stated drug claims.
For control of anaplasmosis and prevention of house, stable, face, and horn flies in cattle 700 to 1,000 lbs: Thoroughly mix 500 lbs of Veemin Knockout Fly Curb with 1,500 lbs of non-medicated feed. Feed one pound of this medicated mixture to supply 500 mg chlortetracycline and 45.4 mg of diflubenzuron. Beef cattle (700-1,000 lbs) should receive 0.5 mg chlortetracycline per lb of bodyweight per day and 0.10 mg/kg of body weight of diflubenzuron for the stated drug claims.
Use as directed. Contains added selenium. Intake of supplemental selenium should not exceed 3 milligrams per head daily.
A withdrawal period for this product has not been established in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use this product in calves to be processed for veal. This product contains elevated copper levels. Do not feed to sheep, or any species with a low tolerance to supplemental copper, as copper toxicity may result.
This product was made in a feed manufacturing facility that does not handle or store products containing animal proteins prohibited in ruminant feed. Free from restricted ruminant protein products per Title 21, CFR 589.2000.

There is no withdrawal period for Veemin Knockout Fly Curb Mineral. Start feeding in the spring before flies begin to emerge and continue use until cold weather marks the end of the fly season. In some cases, supplemental fly control measures may be needed in and around pastures, barns, and feedlots to control adult flies which can breed in other decaying matter or silage in the area or migrate in from other locations. Feed this product to cattle only. When used as directed, it will provide sufficient diflubenzuron insect growth regulator to prevent emergence of adult horn flies, stable flies, house flies and face flies from manure of treated cattle. Existing adult flies will not be affected. Start feeding before flies appear, and continue feeding until cold weather marks the end of the fly season.

CAUTION
Causes moderate eye damage. Wear protective eyewear. Avoid contact with eyes and clothing. Was thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants. socks, shoes and gloves.
If in Eyes:
- Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
- Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

Mixers and other handlers must wear long-sleeved shirts and pants, shoes plus socks, and chemical resistant gloves (nitrile rubber, barrier laminate, neoprene rubber or Viton). Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry.
This pesticide is toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash water.
This product contains ethoxyquin, a preservative. The amount of ethoxyquin may vary according to the individual manufacturer's formulation and will not exceed the 150 ppm maximum limit established for ethoxyquin by FDA, per 21 CFR 573.380.
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
Storage: Store in a cool place.
Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.
Container Handling: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Completely empty bag, then offer for recycling if available, or dispose of empty bag in a sanitary landfill or by incineration or, if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned, stay out of smoke.
