FEEDING DIRECTIONS:
Feed at a regular time each day. Feed beef cattle 1/2 to 1 pound of feed for every 150 pounds of body weight daily. Horses should be fed approximately 8 lbs. of quality feed. Working horses should be fed one to two hours before work with 1/3 of the long roughage (hay). The balance of roughage after work. Horses should consume a ration of long roughage (hay) equaling 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. per 100 lbs. of body weight daily. Broodmares should be fed twice daily. Race Horses should be fed 3 times daily dividing the ration in equal portions. Keep salt and Heritage Horse Mineral available at all times with fresh water available. Keep stalls clean and fresh.
